Yoga in the Orchard is a seasonal series of thoughtfully curated outdoor yoga experiences designed to connect you to nature, presence, movement, and intention while immersed in the scenic landscape at Bolton Spring Farm.
Yoga instructors Jackie Houde and Kerry Pinkham of The Yoga Nook will guide these special experiences in partnership with Bolton Spring Farm. Each class will blend accessible, grounding practices with the natural beauty of the farm, creating experiences that feel restorative, celebratory, and deeply rooted in place.
These sessions offer a rare opportunity outside the studio to experience The Yoga Nook’s approach to yoga: one that invites you to slow down, tune inward, and move with awareness, guided by presence, self-compassion, and connection to the world around you.
Throughout the season, offerings will include:
Sunset flows around the Summer Solstice with guided meditations and intention rituals
Full moon practices centered on reflection, renewal and sound healing
Earth-inspired sessions, focused on fluidity, release, and natural movement
Apple Picking yoga, elevated sensory experiences to ground your spirit through movement and nature
While each session will offer opportunities for movement, these experiences go far beyond fitness. They are designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit, find a sense of grounding without self-judgment, and help you feel deeply rooted in nature. Classes are accessible for all levels of practitioners, including beginners.
