The Yoga Nook is a cozy, intimate yoga studio nestled in the heart of Bolton, MA. We offer a variety of yoga, meditation and breath work classes and unique workshops. We keep our classes small to provide our students with a more individualized experience and a less intimidating space to practice.

What We Offer...
Here at The Yoga Nook we offer a variety of yoga, breath work & meditation classes & workshops for all levels of practitioners. Our teachers are all highly qualified, dedicated 200+ hour certified yoga instructors who will meet you exactly where you are on your mat in a safe, non-judgmental space.
All the props you need are provided to you at no extra cost. Don't have a mat? Yoga mats are available to rent for a small fee. Plenty of free parking is available behind the building. For more detailed descriptions about the classes we offer see our class schedule. Please review our studio policies prior to enrolling in classes.
