The Yoga Nook is a cozy, intimate yoga studio nestled into the heart of Bolton, Massachusetts. We offer a variety of yoga, meditation, and breath work classes including: vinyasa flow, slow flow, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, children's yoga and hybrid classes. We also frequently offer unique workshops and music-themed classes.
We strive to make our classes accessible for all in a safe, non-judgmental space. We will meet you exactly where you are on your mat. We welcome all levels of yoga practitioners because yoga is for every BODY!
At TYN it is a priority to keep our class sizes small to provide our students with a more individualized experience in a less intimidating space to practice. We cap our classes at 10 students. Our teachers know you, where you are in your practice, and where you aspire to go.
We purposely don't have any mirrors in our studio because we believe that yoga is an inner practice, free of self-judgement and competition with others. We welcome you to come as you are.
Our class themes often highlight the 8 Limbs of Yoga, Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and the 7 Chakras. The roots and history of yoga are as important to the yoga practice as the asanas (the poses). We continue to honor them at The Yoga Nook.
