This 60 minute movement, breath, and meditation class connects the mind, body, and spirit. Class will begin with a 45 minute Vinyasa flow as we move from one pose to another, connecting breath to movement. Vinyasa builds mobility, strength, and flexibility and it promotes calmness, reduces stress, heightens focus and can improve sleep. For the final 15 minutes of class we’ll be guided through focused breath work and a meditation to go deep within, reduce stress, and leave feeling fully relaxed. Each class will introduce new poses, breathing techniques and guided meditations. Modifications and variations of poses are offered to make classes accessible for all levels of practitioners.
