Gentle Yoga

We will slow things way down in this class. Deeply explore each sensation that arises in the body through gentle movement, breath work, and meditation. Variations of the poses will be offered to explore what feels best for you and your body. Each class is creative and unique so you will continue to challenge yourself mentally, physically and spiritually each time you hit the mat. A variety of modifications and props will be offered to support your practice. This class is accessible for all levels and great for beginners.
