Slow Flow

Slow things down a few notches in this class. Poses will be held for longer periods of time allowing for deeper breathing to create a moving meditation. Variations of the poses will be offered to explore what feels best for your body as we flow. Each class is creative and unique so you will continue to challenge yourself mentally, physically and spiritually each time you hit the mat. A variety of modifications and props will be offered to support your practice. This class is accessible for all levels and great for beginners.
