Welcome to The Yoga Nook!
This 60 minute class focuses on the dense connective tissue of the body. We will bring our bodies into a variety of postures, holding each for several minutes, allowing the nourishing effects to hydrate the connective tissue, removing toxins in the body and bringing easier mobility to the joint areas. This all levels class is a great balance to more active forms of movement...the Yin to the Yang. Class will end with savasana and a meditation.
