This class connects the breath with each movement of the body. We flow from one pose to another creating a moving meditation as you connect your mind, body and spirit. Music will be played at a higher volume than usual.
Slow Flow Vinyasa builds mobility, strength, and flexibility and it promotes calmness, reduces stress, heightens focus and can improve sleep. Modifications and variations of poses are offered to make classes accessible for all levels of practitioners.
