
Join Jackie Houde for this relaxing, restorative practice as we wind down after the busy holiday weekend and gather to support those in need in our community!
Sometimes referred to as “sleepy yoga”, this class offers a more gentle approach to ease into movement. We will rely heavily on a combination of props to fully support and comfort the body as we hold poses for extended periods of time.
Restorative yoga promotes relaxation, recovery, good sleep and healing.
This class is accessible for ALL levels of practitioners. Bring a warm sweater and socks so you can snuggle in!
We ask for a $15.00 minimum donation. 100% donations go to the WHEAT Community Food Pantry.
