This hour long class offers a guided meditation, gentle movements, and calming breath work to foster a profound sense of peace and gratitude to leave you feeling centered, blissful, and connected.
Marie started studying Yoga and Meditation in 1997 when she was getting her BFA in Fine Arts from Wright State University / Creative Arts Center in Dayton, OH. Yoga and Meditation has played a critical role in her life in many ways including goal and intention setting, time management, stress relief, work/ home life balance, and much more. After completing her 200 Hour Yoga Certification from Hot Power Yoga Center in Worcester, MA, Marie has gone on to teach at the Better Life With Yoga Studio in Oxford, MA, Bay Path Extension School in Charlton, MA, athletes and students from various colleges in the Worcester area and various workshops in the community. Marie is currently studying Philosophy and Ethics at Harvard University. Her biggest, best, most rewarding, yet hardest job, is being a mom to Chopper, her now 14 year old son, which she would not trade for the world. Namaste!
