This class connects the breath with each movement of the body. We flow from one pose to another creating a moving meditation as you connect your mind, body and spirit. The volume will be louder than usual so you can fully immerse yourself in the music.
Vinyasa builds mobility, strength, and flexibility and it promotes calmness, reduces stress, heightens focus and can improve sleep. Modifications and variations of poses are offered to make classes accessible for all.
