Welcome to The Yoga Nook!
This hybrid class was created by Jackie and is all about balance! For the first 30 minutes of class we move through a vinyasa flow to awaken and warm up the body. Then we will snuggle into restorative poses with the support of a variety of props to restore and relax the body for the final 30 minutes of class.
