Slow things down a few notches in this class!
This slow flow practice will feature longer holds in the poses to allow for deeper stretching and a mindful connection to the body and breath. Each class is creative and unique so you will continue to challenge yourself mentally, physically and spiritually each time you hit the mat. A variety of modifications and props will be offered to support your practice. This class is accessible for all levels of practitioners.
