Monthly Meditation 101 Circles

If you're curious about how mindfulness and meditation can help you deepen your sense of calm, compassion, and insight, we invite you to join us for our beginner-friendly, 60 minute Monthly Meditation 101 Circles at 11:15 AM, led by Ryan Rose Weaver. No prior meditation experience required.

About the Instructor:

Ryan Rose Weaver, M.Ed, (she/her) is a trauma-informed educator and caregiver living in Bolton, MA. She has taught hundreds of adults and children how to work with their minds, and is the founder of In Tending, an international online community of contemplative caregivers.
