August Kid's Yoga Camp: Ages 7 - 10

Dates: August 10, 12 & 14

Where: The Yoga Nook, 476 Main St (upstairs), Bolton, MA 01740

Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Cost: $180 (option to sign up for a single day of camp on our "Offerings" page)

Led by Jackie Houde, RYT200, RCYT, and owner of The Yoga Nook & Chelsey Landry, NRSD Family Program Facilitator

Join us on this tropical excursion through the jungle! We will meet dinosaurs, tropical birds and friends from Tarzan.

This yoga camp includes movement, themed yoga poses, stories, yoga games, breath work exploration, a mindfulness craft and snack time.

*Child must bring a snack, water bottle and a change of clothes to camp each day.

*Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own as well!

*Must cancel within 24 hours before the first day of camp to receive a refund.
