
This warm, energetic power class is for the early birds who are looking for a kick start their day!
This challenging class taps into the tapas building inner heat through fast paced movement and poses are held for a maximum of 5 breaths. We'll quickly flow from one pose to another using 1 breath 1 movement. Each class is different and poses will vary from class to class creating a new experience each time you flow.
Power Vinyasa builds strength, endurance, flexibility and it benefits cardiovascular health, reduces stress and improves sleep. Modifications are offered to make classes accessible for all, but this is our most challenging class. The studio will be warmed to a toasty 80 degrees.

This hybrid class was created by Jackie and is all about balance! For the first 30 minutes of class we move through an uplifting vinyasa flow to awaken and warm up the body. Then we will snuggle into restorative poses with the support of a variety of props to restore and relax the body for the final 45 minutes of class. This class is accessible for all levels.

This 60 minute movement, breath, and meditation class connects the mind, body, and spirit. Class will begin with a 45 minute Vinyasa flow as we move from one pose to another, connecting breath to movement. Vinyasa builds mobility, strength, and flexibility and it promotes calmness, reduces stress, heightens focus and can improve sleep. For the final 15 minutes of class we’ll be guided through focused breath work and a meditation to go deep within, reduce stress, and leave feeling fully relaxed. Each class will introduce new poses, breathing techniques and guided meditations. Modifications and variations of poses are offered to make classes accessible for all levels of practitioners.

Sometimes referred to as “sleepy yoga”, this class offers a more gentle approach to ease into movement. We will rely heavily on a combination of props to fully support and comfort the body as we hold poses for extended periods of time. Restorative yoga promotes relaxation, recovery, good sleep and healing. During each class we will diffuse a 100% pure therapeutic essential oil blend that supports our specific class theme and intention. Bring a warm sweater and socks so you can snuggle in!

This 60 minute class focuses on the dense connective tissue of the body. We will bring our bodies into a variety of postures, holding each for several minutes, allowing the nourishing effects to hydrate the connective tissue, removing toxins in the body and bringing easier mobility to the joint areas. This all levels class is a great balance to more active forms of movement...the Yin to the Yang. Class will end with savasana and a meditation.

Join Jackie Houde and Kris Collins of K&K Retreats for this deeply relaxing 90 minute workshop.
We’ll spend the first hour getting cozy in gentle restorative postures using a variety of props to support the body while receiving Thai massage assists from Kris. Restorative yoga promotes relaxation, good sleep while sinking deep into the tissue to promote recovery and healing. Deep pressure is applied during Thai massage to relieve muscle tension and pain, boost circulation, and detoxify the body.
For the final 30 minutes of class Kris will lead us through a guided yoga nidra meditation as you drift into a deeply relaxed state of bliss while maintaining concious awareness in a safe, intimate space.
