Vinyasa Flow

This class connects the breath with each movement of the body. We flow from one pose to another creating a moving meditation as you connect your mind, body and spirit. Each class is unique and poses will vary from class to class creating a exciting experience each time you flow. Vinyasa builds mobility, strength, and flexibility and it promotes calmness, reduces stress, heightens focus and can improve sleep. Modifications and variations of poses are offered to make classes accessible for all.

Slow Flow

Slow things down a few notches in this class. Poses will be held for longer periods of time allowing for deeper breathing to create a moving meditation. Variations of the poses will be offered to explore what feels best for your body as we flow. Each class is creative and unique so you will continue to challenge yourself mentally, physically and spiritually each time you hit the mat. A variety of modifications and props will be offered to support your practice. This class is accessible for all levels and great for beginners.

Gentle Yoga

We will slow things way down in this class. Deeply explore each sensation that arises in the body through gentle movement, breath work, and meditation. Variations of the poses will be offered to explore what feels best for you and your body. Step into a space where movement meets meaning. This mellow vinyasa class is set to the smooth rhythms of R&B  — creating a soulful, grounded experience that invites you to move with purpose and presence. Each session offers a smooth, steady pace that invites you to drop in, tune out the noise, and connect deeply with your body.

More than just movement, every class is grounded in a thought-provoking theme — giving you something to reflect on both on and off the mat. This class honors authenticity, celebrates rhythm, and offers a different kind of flow. Expect to stretch, breathe, release, and reflect.

Whether you're here to connect deeper with your body, your breath, or your truth, this class is a space to come as you are and flow with soul. This is your space to flow with intention, feel the music, and come back home to yourself. This class is accessible for all levels of practitioners.

Awaken & Restore

This hybrid class was created by Jackie and is all about balance! For the first 30 minutes of class we move through an uplifting vinyasa flow to awaken and warm up the body. Then we will snuggle into restorative poses with the support of a variety of props to restore and relax the body for the final 45 minutes of class. This class is accessible for all levels.

Flow-Breathe-Meditate

This 60 minute movement, breath, and meditation class connects the mind, body, and spirit. Class will begin with a 45 minute Vinyasa flow as we move from one pose to another, connecting breath to movement. Vinyasa builds mobility, strength, and flexibility and it promotes calmness, reduces stress, heightens focus and can improve sleep. For the final 15 minutes of class we’ll be guided through focused breath work and a meditation to go deep within, reduce stress, and leave feeling fully relaxed. Each class will introduce new poses, breathing techniques and guided meditations. Modifications and variations of poses are offered to make classes accessible for all levels of practitioners.

Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy

Sometimes referred to as “sleepy yoga”, this class offers a more gentle approach to ease into movement. We will rely heavily on a combination of props to fully support and comfort the body as we hold poses for extended periods of time. Restorative yoga promotes relaxation, recovery, good sleep and healing. During each class we will diffuse a 100% pure therapeutic essential oil blend that supports our specific class theme and intention. Bring a warm sweater and socks so you can snuggle in!

Yin Yoga

This 60 minute class focuses on the dense connective tissue of the body.  We will bring our bodies into a variety of postures, holding each for several minutes, allowing the nourishing effects to hydrate the connective tissue, removing toxins in the body and bringing easier mobility to the joint areas. This all levels class is a great balance to more active forms of movement...the Yin to the Yang. Class will end with savasana and a meditation.

Self-Love Restorative Yoga with Live Crystal Sound Bath Workshop

Join Jackie & Chelsey on the official “day of love” for this 90-minute, self-love restorative practice and immerse yourself in the healing, meditative vibrations of live Crystal sound bowls. 

We will settle into deeply relaxing postures using the support of props while cultivating acceptance, non-judgment, self-compassion and inner peace through breathwork, affirmations and meditative stillness.

Cacao Ceremony with Kristen Lizotte

A Heart Awakening Ceremony
Join Kristen Lizotte at the Yoga Nook for an energetically charged ceremony centered on the heart. Together, we’ll share in the sacred ritual of heart-opening ceremonial cacao, and take a journey to the heart through guided meditation. Come set an intention, connect in community, and open space for joy, release, and authentic expression.

Please bring: A yoga mat, pen, journal, and your favorite mug for cacao. We will provide:  blankets and bolsters. You’re also invited to bring meaningful items to place on our communal altar—such as crystals, fruit, photos, or messages—to honor what’s most sacred to you. It is suggested that you dress comfortably and in layers. No experience necessary! 

Your guide, Kristen Lizotte, owner of Flourish Healing Arts, is a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and Sacred Ceremonialist who guides others toward healing and connection through mindful movement and energy work. Rooted in compassion and experience, she shares the transformative power of yoga from the heart.

What is cacao?

Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine made from pure, minimally processed cacao beans, traditionally used in Mayan and Aztec cultures for spiritual and healing rituals. Ceremonial cacao is prepared with intention, honoring the spirit of the cacao plant. When shared in ceremony, cacao gently guides us inward, helping to soften the heart, enhance presence, and deepen connection.

Flowetry: Poetry in Motion Workshop

Join guest teachers Kris Collins, of K&K Retreats, and Jenith Charpentier for this special workshop.

This 2 hour workshop is designed for immediate creative and physical attunement and release. The session uses gentle, expressive flow yoga to anchor the mind in the present moment, coupled with poetry reading and writing prompts. The goal is to translate embodied experience into powerful, authentic verse.

No writing experience is necessary. The workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioner. Please bring a journal if you own one.

Yoga with Weights

Yoga with Light Weights is a 60-minute, balanced, full-body class that blends traditional yoga postures with the gentle resistance of light hand weights.

This practice builds strength, stability and muscle tone while maintaining the mindful flow and breath awareness of yoga. By incorporating small weights, participants engage muscles more deeply-especially in the arms, shoulders and core-without sacrificing flexibility or relaxation.

This class is accessible to all levels of practitioners, with options to modify or set weights aside at any time. Expect a supportive, energizing practice that improves posture, boosts endurance, and leaves you feeling strong, centered and refreshed.

Art & Sound: A Creative Meditative Experience

This workshop is a 90-minute neurographic art experience designed to support creativity, regulation, and presence.

This sensory-rich offering pairs guided intuitive art with the gentle, live sounds of crystal singing bowls, creating an environment that supports the nervous system and creative flow.

Neurographic art uses continuous lines and simple shapes as a calming drawing practice that supports relaxation and focus.

Art is led by Cassia, credentialed art educator, while Chelsey of Soluna Energy & Sound Healing plays crystal sound bowls throughout the experience to support relaxation and focused presence.

All art materials are provided. Please bring a yoga mat & anything else to help keep you comfortable. This class will take place on the floor. Please contact us for seating accommodations if needed.

Donation Class for Cultivate Care Farms

Cultivate Care Farms is a nonprofit organization located in Bolton, MA that is committed to improving the lives of children and teens through Farm-Based Therapy, wellness programming and community outreach.

Join us in community for a donation-based class to support CCF led by Jackie Houde. We’ll move through a relaxing restorative practice using the support of props. Some special visitors will be joining us in the studio; Chuck, Marshmallow, and Ginny; the farm therapy guinea pigs!

CCF is accepting donations to help fund Curly's Clubhouse, their new ADA-accessible group space that will make their services more accessible for children and teens. There are also other options to make a donation listed below:

Permission to be Gentle: A Self-Compassion Experience for Women Who Are Tired of Pushing

Permission to Be Gentle is a come-as-you-are workshop for women who are tired of pushing and being hard on themselves. In this supportive, judgment-free space, you’ll be guided to slow down, quiet your inner critic, and reconnect with yourself. 

You’ll leave with:

  • a greater understanding of self-compassion, 

  • a simple self-compassion practice for everyday overwhelm, 

  • a kinder way to respond to self-criticism, and 

  • a clearer sense of what being gentle can look like in your real life. 

No fixing or striving required. Be sure to bring a notebook and pen to lock in your reflections and your biggest takeaways.

Mandala & Mindfulness Workshop

Step into a calming, creative space where art meets mindfulness. In this workshop, you’ll explore the beautiful world of Mandalas — intricate circular designs that have been used for centuries across many cultures as tools for meditation, healing, and spiritual connection.

We'll learn the Mandala’s roots in Hindu, Buddhist, and Indigenous traditions, where these sacred circles symbolize unity, balance, and the connection between the inner and outer worlds.
