This class connects the breath with each movement of the body. We flow from one pose to another creating a moving meditation as you connect your mind, body and spirit. Each class is unique and poses will vary from class to class creating an exciting experience each time you flow. Vinyasa builds mobility, strength, and flexibility while promoting calmness, reduced stress, heightened focus and improved sleep.
Modifications and variations of poses are offered to make classes accessible for all.
