This class connects the breath with each movement of the body. We will flow from one pose to another creating a moving meditation. The music will be played at a higher volume than usual.
Vinyasa builds mobility, strength, and flexibility and it promotes calmness, reduces stress, heightens focus and can improve sleep. Modifications and variations of poses are offered to make classes accessible for all practitioners.
