Power Flow

This vibrant, energetic power flow is for the early birds who are looking for a kick start their day!

This challenging class taps into the tapas building inner heat through fast-paced movement. Poses are held for a maximum of 5 breaths. We'll quickly flow from one pose to another using 1 breath 1 movement. Each class is different and poses will vary from class to class creating a new experience each time you flow.

Power Vinyasa builds strength, endurance, flexibility and it benefits cardiovascular health, reduces stress and improves sleep. Modifications are offered to make classes accessible for all, but this is our most challenging class.

**Please note that registration closes at 9:00 PM the night before class.
